Closing from the app
If you can sign in, the in-app closure path is the fastest route. Open the More tab → Settings → Account → Close Account. The screen will show any wallet balance and pending withdrawals before you tap confirm.
You will be asked to confirm with one of: an OTP sent to your registered mobile number, your account password, or your registered email. Choose the OTP path if your password is auto-generated; the email path if your mobile is no longer reachable.
Once confirmed, the app logs you out and revokes the session keys used for contest entry. Pending withdrawals are still processed; new contest entry is blocked from the moment of confirmation.
Closing when you cannot sign in
If you cannot sign in (password reset failing, mobile number no longer reachable, account locked for security review), the fallback path is to raise a closure request through the operator's verified customer-care channel.
The desk's customer-care guide documents the verified channels. Use the email or in-app support path (if available) rather than any phone or chat contact, even if you found a number through a search engine — search results are the most common vector for impersonation scams.
For the support-channel closure, prepare: a copy of the original KYC document used at signup, the approximate date of last login, and a one-line statement of the closure request. Structured closure requests process faster than open-ended ones.
Wallet balance and withdrawal first
Withdraw any wallet balance before you close the account. Once the account is closed, the wallet is closed with it, and withdrawal is no longer possible through the standard flow.
If the wallet balance is held behind an unresolved KYC issue, resolve the KYC first and withdraw, then close. If the wallet balance is small and you do not want to resolve KYC for it, the desk's responsible-play guide documents the larger questions to ask before deciding whether the closure is urgent.
What happens to your data
After closure, the operator is required to retain certain records for regulatory, audit and tax-compliance purposes. Specifically: KYC documents are retained for the period required by applicable law; transaction records are retained for tax audit purposes; and contest history is retained as evidence of past contest outcomes.
Personal data that is not required for retention is deleted. The exact retention periods vary by jurisdiction and by data class; the operator's privacy policy lists the periods it applies.
Marketing communications stop at the moment of closure. You will not receive promotional emails or SMS once the account is closed, even if the underlying email or mobile number is retained on the suppression list.
Cooling-off windows and re-enabling
Most operators apply a cooling-off window after closure that prevents a new account from being opened on the same KYC documents for a set period (commonly 6 to 12 months). Re-registering inside the cooling-off window typically fails KYC.
Self-exclusion is a different feature from closure. Self-exclusion disables contest entry for a chosen window without closing the wallet or the KYC record; closure is permanent (within the cooling-off window). The desk's responsible-play guide documents the difference.
